You build a home, pour your heart into making it t You build a home, pour your heart into making it the safest place on earth. You carefully choose neighbourhood, find a flat with breathtaking views, discover the best corner coffee shop and quiet park to chill on Friday afternoons. Then you have kids and suddenly you experience it all over again. Living room becomes playroom, the view from the window is all about planes now, Friday afternoons are spent in your local playground. But it’s still your happy place. Sometimes life takes you somewhere new, but you can’t pack up your place into moving boxes, all you can take is your memories. Matylda invited me over to spend a morning with their family and photograph the places that matters the most to them. So they could bring all happy memories to their new home, they’ll start building outside of London.
